Ten Ramen is one of my favorites in Dallas and, judging by how busy it is whenever I visit, I'm not alone. The casual restaurant is a small corner space with an outdoor patio and no chairs (standing room only) where a wooden counter is all that separates you from the chefs preparing your meal skillfully.
