Steering wheel wobbles when braking

I removed my sway bar and track bar about 2-3 months ago. Has been driving fine until the other day. The problem is intermittent but seems to happen when im coming to a stop at a light. The front end shakes violently.. by that I mean the steering wheel is shaking back and forth about 1/4 turn.

Steering wheel wobbles when braking. I have a 2000 P38 Vogue with exactly the same symptoms i.e. slight steering vibration and the vehicle shudders when braking from around 80kph. I have repalced all the front suspension rubbers, steering damper, ball joints. But the symptoms still persist. The wheels have been rebalanced and swopped (front to back).
