Pea sized lump under right rib cage

The lump is located on her chest, in the center, just above where her belly button would be (situated just above the ending of her rib cage). It’s hard, more flat than round, looks pink-ish like its inflamed, and has a scab on in the center. It’s a little less than 1.27 cm in diameter. It doesnt seem to be painful.
