Set the transmission in neutral started it up and the pressure hit about 110 at 1800 RPM. I put three washers in the regulating valve and the pressure did not move. I put in two more and still no movement.Put 450C in the model search box and search. You will get a list of machines with 450C in the title. The 450C crawler parts catalog is PC1420. (You didn't say it was a loader so I am assuming it is a crawler dozer.) That will show you the components, including seals, in the steering clutches.
