Faint line that disappeared on pregnancy test

I'm a newbie and first time trying to conceive! Because I'm inpatient I did a Superdrug Early Detection test this morning and got a really faint line (pic) I'm actually due on tomorrow. I find it extremely hard to believe I have fallen pregnant straight away after first month of trying as I am 35 and not in the best of health!!!
