The receipt notice says my case is received by the California Service Center. Then after 4 months, on Dec 9, 2021 the status of my case changed to "case is being actively reviewed by uscis". I checked many online resource. Some cases got approved only a few days after "actively review" and some cases are still waiting since months and years.
