Following my visit to e by Jose Andres in Las Vegas (currently the best meal I have ever had), I was so excited to try his Bazaar Meat brand here in Chicago, just one month after it opened. This restaurant has an extensive menu so bring your appetite and some friends so you can try a wide variety.

Went to Bazaar Meats a few months ago. A far superior experience than Maple and Ash for me. The tartare, carpaccio and Jose’s taco where all amazing. Appreciated that it wasn’t the typical steakhouse menu too. The sommelier was spot on when we described the bottle we wanted and our server was really fun.Clean dish table, over and under shelf. Keep glass racks and dish racks clean and organized. Maintain a clean uniform throughout the shift.
