I cycled through auto and manual, and the defrost/AC/heat vents, but could not get it to blow air through the vents. All else seems to be OK, and very rarely, it will blow air through the vents, but not all the time, and not at the level the system says it is (ie. if showing "high", it will blow "low"; and that's if it's blowing at all ...

The heat stopped working (no air coming out of vents) and I tried AC, still no air blowing. I have changed the blower motor which didn't work (I tested the motor that was in there and it worked when I sent power to it).Maybe it just needs to be recalibrated. Go to the rear fuse box and pull the HVAC-B fuse for about 10 seconds and put it back in. I probably have a bad blend door driver side. Cold air passenger side, neutral air driver side. Trying on this post to confirm doing reset procedure correctly.

It was the connecting rod going from the outlet servomotor to the dampers for the center vents. The clips had broken and the push rod was no longer attached.
